We at Lakshmi Laser Clinic make sure that you are saved from the treacherous pain of the Varicose vein, the irritability from the Piles, dischargefrom Fistula, and the plausible infection from the Pilonidal Sinus.Laser treatment at Lakshmi Laser Clinic is done under the leadership of Dr. Praveen, who is an esteemed and well experienced Laparoscopic surgeon. He has well over 20 years of experience in the field and has tackled numerous cases with Endovenous Laser treatment.

We have got the perfect solution for you to take down all these unfortunate complications-LASER THERAPY! So you may be thinking – “Is laser treatment really effective?
Varicose Veins-

Endovenous laser treatment(EVLT) can treat larger varicose veins in the legs. A laser fibre is passed through a catheter into the vein. Concurrently, the doctor observes the vein on a Duplex Ultrasound Screen. Laser is definitely less painful than vein ligation and stripping. Biggest upside is that Laser treatment has a shorter recovery period, relatively speaking.

Piles
LHP or Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty is the most advanced method of surgical treatment of Piles. Laser beams are radially applied to the target tissue. The beam causes a fibrous reaction in the inner cells of hemorrhoidal vessels and in the cells of the connecting tissue. This reaction causes the shrinking and even closing of the blood vessels that supply hemorrhoidal cushions with blood, which further causes deflation and drying. The reaction in the connecting tissues leads to retraction and fixation in the anal canal, which solves the problem of prolapse of hemorrhoids.
Fistula

FILAC or Fistula-Tract Laser Closure is done using Laser. The primary purpose of the procedure is to gently remove the fistula tract without bringing about damage to the sphincter muscle. The procedure is done under short General Anesthesia and essentially needs about 30-40 minutes. A radially emitting Laser Fibre is inserted from the outside. A pre-specified amount of laser energy is then emitted circumferentially into the fistula tract. The laser energy causes controlled photothermal destruction of the fistula tract leading to its collapse to a high degree. This also facilitates and accelerates the healing process.

Pilonidal Sinus

The treatment for PNS is LPP (Laser Pilonidoplasty), which is a minimally invasive procedure also done using laser. A small incision is made on the skin and all the pus is carefully drained out. The entirety of the sinus tract is then sealed using the laser fiber. The patient is discharged within 24hrs and can return to his daily schedule by the 5th day. The healing is much faster than the other conventional treatment methods. The recurrence rate is quite negligible.
